Do I have to be home when you come to clean?
Chaos Cleaning offers multiple options for clients to grant us access to their homes. They can either provide a key that stays secure in a lockbox, give us a code for keyless entry, or opt to purchase a lock box from us, which we’ll install on their property to hold a key for their home.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
Nope, you don’t need to worry about providing the cleaning supplies! Chaos Cleaning has got you covered. We bring along all the necessary supplies and equipment for each cleaning job. However, if there are any specific cleaners you prefer, it’s all good! Just let us know, and it’ll be your responsibility to have those items ready for us to use. We’re here to make your cleaning experience as easy and convenient as possible!
What about my pets?
At Chaos Cleaning, while we absolutely adore pets, we don’t handle pet care directly. We want to ensure the safety and well-being of our cleaners, so we kindly request that any potential messes like vomit, urine, feces, litter boxes, or animal bedding be taken care of before our arrival. These can pose health risks to our team, so we want to avoid them altogether. Additionally, it’s important to consider your pet’s personality during our cleaning sessions. If they’re easily scared or anxious, it might be best to keep them in a secure area while we work. However, if they’re friendly and enjoy the company, feel free to let them hang out with us! Just a friendly reminder, though: we have a strict zero-tolerance policy for any pets that might become aggressive towards our cleaning techs. We want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved, including your furry friends!
What about my children?
When it comes to your kids, we want to make sure they’re safe and comfortable during our cleaning sessions. If your children are old enough to understand and follow instructions, it’s entirely up to you whether you’d like them to be present while we clean. Some parents prefer to have their kids occupied in another room or area of the house during the cleaning process, while others are okay with them being around. Whatever your preference, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We’ll always work with care and caution to ensure the safety of everyone in your home, including your little ones!
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy at Chaos Cleaning is pretty straightforward. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your cleaning appointment. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of $50.00 may be imposed. We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change, but this policy helps us manage our schedule and ensure that our cleaners are compensated for their time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, just give us a heads-up, and we’ll take care of the rest!
